Finally: I Can Say This Out Loud

I’m thrilled to finally announce this: I’ve been Calendar.com’s CEO since September, and I could not be more excited about where we’re going!

After 25 years of managing programs and operations across Amazon, large healthcare systems, professional services firms, and my own consulting clients, I’ve learned something fundamental: the problems teams face never change — only the scale.

The Pattern I’ve Seen Everywhere

Calendar chaos looks identical whether you’re a 10-person agency, a customer-success pod sitting inside a Fortune 100, or a hospital network coordinating 215,000 users.

Customer-facing teams drown in scheduling back-and-forth, with coordination overhead eating 2+ hours per person per week. Across a 10-person team, that’s over $52,000 in lost revenue annually.

The stakes just feel higher when you can’t throw more people at the problem. Whether you can spin up an internal tools team or not, the pain still shows up.

Where We’re Headed

Since stepping in, we’ve been focused on giving every team the scheduling power I only saw inside enterprise budgets — without the red tape or extra headcount.

That’s why we’re celebrating this new chapter with 50% off your first year on annual plans through January 1. If you’ve been thinking about running a pilot – inside an SMB or within a larger org – this is the moment.

Who We’re Building For

We’re doubling down on the teams that power small businesses and the small teams inside larger organizations.

Not individuals who just need a booking link. Not sprawling enterprises that require custom everything. Teams of 3-25 people who need real scheduling power without enterprise overhead.

What We’ve Built!

In just the last month, we’ve launched some great new features like:

Round-robin inbound meeting distribution so everyone meets with customers. No more manual lead assignment. No more inequitable distribution.

Meeting polls to help get time across complex schedules. We recently redesigned these with a clean visual layout… It’s the kind of thing that sounds small but makes a real difference when you’re sending polls to clients.

Custom cancellation policies so you’re in control of how last-minute changes get handled. You set the rules: minutes, hours, or days.

That’s what’s live today. But we’re just getting started.

And We’re Not Done

Next week, we’ll release single-use scheduling links, which give you a secure way to send one-time invitations that can’t be reused. Perfect for sensitive meetings or high-touch client interactions.

After that: routing rules based on question responses. Your invitees answer a question, and Calendar.com automatically sends them to the right person on your team. No more manual triage, no more “let me transfer you.”

We’re also actively exploring lightweight task tracking. It’s still early, but if you’ve ever wished your calendar could help you track what happens after the meeting, that’s where we’re headed.

And smart buffers that account for travel time are coming too. Your calendar should know your team can’t teleport between locations!

Helping you and your team connect with your customers… that’s the mission, and I’m honored to lead it.

What I’d Love You to Do Next

We’re offering 50% off your first year for teams that commit to a Pro or Standard annual plan before January 1st, 2026. This is a limited-time offer and goes away forever after that!
